Welcome to the Police Activities League (PAL) of Massena’s mobile application (“the App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.
By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PAL of Massena.
The App is designed to provide information, facilitate communication, and enhance engagement for PAL programs, events, and activities. Any other use of the App is strictly prohibited.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
PAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
When using the App, you agree NOT to:
Violate any laws or regulations.
Post or share content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.
Engage in activities that could disrupt the functionality of the App.
Misuse personal data of other users.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App’s systems or data.
All content, including text, images, videos, and software (“App Content”), is the property of PAL or its licensors and is protected under copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may use App Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes related to PAL activities.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of App Content is prohibited.
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
The App may include links to third-party websites or services. PAL is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties, express or implied.
PAL does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PAL disclaims all liability for any damages resulting from your use of the App.
In no event will PAL, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PAL from and against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms.
PAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms or other reasons at PAL’s discretion.
PAL may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
